neat room spacious bathroom great location

The room was very neat. The toilet and bathroom were spacious (a real plus!). The location is great. The host is friendly. I stored my luggage after checkout. It was very helpful.

The dining room was closed, so that caused some inconvenience.

adequate stay overall

good location friendly staff clean place missing door shower curtain closed dining room

the location was good (close to Rodney and Broughton street). i found many food opportunities nearby. the staff was very friendly and kept the place clean.

the shower was missing a door. a shower curtain was the replacement, but water escaped onto the floor. the dining room was closed, and that caused some inconvenience. it was not worth the £140 a night.

cosmetic touch coffee filling straightforward checkin

the room included complimentary cosmetics it was a nice touch. the owner offered a complimentary filling of my travel cup with coffee when i was leaving. self checkin was straightforward but the owner was present both mornings.

the breakfast was offered for cash payment only

missing door high price

I found some issues . The shower lacked a door, replaced only by a shower curtain, which caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor. the price I paid did not seem justified by the overall experience (the amount was TOO HIGH). This hotel needs some tlc.

The host was easy to contact. Check-in and check-out occurred without any problems. The room featured adequate size and all necessary amenities. I observed well organised staff, readily available for any assistance I required.

The ensuite was small. The finishing seemed poor with some areas needing updating. The toilet refilled slowly, and the shower felt under-powered. Any flushing from the room above created considerable noise.

The staff provided helpful assistance . The location worked well and was a reasonable distance from attractions. I also found useful toiletries were provided in my room.

My room felt small for what I paid. The bathroom was quite small, that was a negative. the room temperature was hard to adjust to my liking.
